Cristina has been actively working in the field of alternative healthcare since 2005. When she joined the Longevity team in October 2006, she had a strong desire to learn everything there was to know about the body and how to heal it naturally. She began by attending Everglades University, graduating Magna Cum Laude with a B.S. in Alternative Medicine. She then became a Certified Wellness Coach through The International Association of Wellness Professionals. Most recently, Cristina earned her Doctorate of Traditional Naturopathy (ND) from New Eden School of Natural Health and Herbal Studies, completing her dissertation on PANDAS/PANS.
While all this education has been great, Cristina feels extremely blessed to have been able to work with Dr. Anderson and soak up as much of his knowledge and insight as she could while continuing her formal education. This level of hands on training has been extremely invaluable and has shaped her into the type of practitioner that she is today. She is on a mission to help change the status of health in America. “Better health starts with making wise decisions, becoming responsible for what we eat, removing toxins, and taking better care of our bodies," she said.
Cristina currently resides in Berkeley Lake, a small part of Duluth, with her husband Alex and their three children; Corbin, Kaelyn, and Asher. She is available for appointments on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays.
Even as a young child, Elisabeth was interested in natural medicine and held the philosophy that the closer to the natural, unadulterated state, the better. She was influenced strongly by her grandmother‘s American Indian heritage as she saw how the vegetable garden her grandparents kept ministered to both body and soul. By age 6, she was making her own remedies from foraged plants. At age 19, she was reintroduced to natural medicine when she became a Longevity Health Center patient and received life-altering care. With health regained, she started self-studying, with a belief that a multi-pronged approach (nutrition, exercise, soul-care, herbals, etc.) is the best way to health. After having two home-births herself, she became particularly interested in women’s and pediatric health. Elisabeth lives in Marietta with her two children, Henry and Sylvie.
