Below are four options for an Adult Initial Visit.

Please take a few moments to review each option and decide which best fits your needs.

Our primary testing modality is the Bio-Energetic Evaluation. This assessment provides a broad overview of your health and is sufficient as a stand-alone starting point for new patients. However, adding the Urinalysis (BTA) and Thermography can provide valuable additional information and a more comprehensive consultation.

Once you have reviewed the options below, you can visit our Practitioner Profile page and select the practitioner you would like to see. If you already feel confident in your choice, simply call the office and our front desk team will be happy to schedule your appointment.

If you still have questions or are unsure which option or practitioner is best for you, just ask for the New Patient Advisor when you call. We will gladly review the options with you and answer any questions you may have.

Comprehensive Evaluation – $495

Total Time: Approximately 2.5 hours

This visit includes a series of evaluations designed to give you a complete picture of your current health status. You’ll meet with both a practitioner and a patient coordinator to receive personalized recommendations based on your results.

1. Thermography (AlfaSite Thermal Imaging)

Purpose: This non-invasive imaging test captures patterns of heat and inflammation in the body, providing early insights into potential areas of dysfunction and dysregulation.

Important Details:

  • This test must be scheduled in the morning, as it requires specific body temperature preparation.
  • Preparation instructions will be provided ahead of your visit—please follow them carefully for accurate results.
  • The results are available immediately and will be reviewed during your consultation with your practitioner.

2. Bio-Terrain Urinalysis

Performed during your visit. Results are available right away and will be discussed during your practitioner consultation.

Purpose: This test analyzes your urine to assess your metabolic health. Urine reflects the by-products of your body’s internal biochemical processes, making it an ideal way to evaluate your overall internal balance.

3. Bio-Energetic Evaluation & Practitioner Consultation

What to Expect:

You’ll meet with a naturopathic practitioner who will:

    • Review your intake forms and discuss your health concerns.
    • Review the Thermography and Urinalysis results with you.
    • Perform a Bio-Energetic scan to identify the underlying toxic burdens, imbalances and deficiencies.
  • Based on all three tests, your practitioner will create a personalized plan that may include homeopathic remedies, herbal support, and nutritional supplements tailored to your unique needs.

After your consultation, you will meet with a Patient Coordinator who will:

  • Go over your personalized health program.
  • Provide clear written instructions for your protocol.
  • Answer any logistical questions you may have about your protocol or supplements.

Follow Up (4-6 weeks after initial appointment) $185

A typical follow up appointment for adults and children will consist of a consultation and bio-energetic evaluation. Periodically, the lab work (BTA) may be recommended to evaluate your progress.  This scheduling protocol serves as a guideline. Changes can be made to accommodate our patients who travel from long distances or according to age.
